Refund Policy

At Lasers by Liz, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality laser treatments and skincare services in a safe, professional environment. Please review our refund policy below:

Services

All services, including laser treatments and consultations, are non-refundable once performed. Due to the individualized nature of our services and the variability of results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and therefore cannot offer refunds for completed services.

Prepaid Packages & Sessions

  • Prepaid packages may be eligible for a partial refund if unused sessions remain.

  • Refunds on packages will be prorated based on the number of sessions used and may include a processing fee.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Appointments & Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session if part of a package.

Retail Products

  • Unopened skincare or retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a refund or store credit.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety standards.
